Non-Refundable Artwork Policy

 All Sales Are Final:

Due to the unique and handmade nature of each piece, all artwork sales are final. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase is complete.

Condition of Artwork:

We ensure that all artwork is inspected and packaged securely before shipment or delivery. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and are satisfied with the condition of the piece prior to payment.

Custom and Commissioned Pieces:

Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable and cannot be returned, as they are tailored to your specific requirements. A deposit may be required to begin the project, and full payment must be received before final delivery.

Damaged or Lost Items:

If artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for review. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

The seller is not responsible for items lost during shipping if insurance was not purchased by the buyer.

Digital Artwork:

Sales of digital artwork are final. No refunds will be issued once files have been delivered or downloaded.

Refunds for Exceptional Circumstances:

In rare, exceptional cases (e.g., receiving the wrong artwork), we will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
